How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Hawaiiperforming Mold Help wants every homeowner to get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
Write to us about any of these:
- Your experience calling or contacting Hawaiiperforming Mold Help
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have an issue with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Hawaiiperforming Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@hawaiiperforming.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
